These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in the Andiamo Program (“Program”) offered by The Millionaire Couple under the brand The Ameritalians (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or participating in the Program, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access credentials to our private member platform. Access is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed to others.

Your enrollment grants access to the Program for six (6) months starting from the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to revoke access if we determine there has been unauthorized sharing, duplication, or misuse of Program materials.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your enrollment into Andiamo. Therefore, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, only on the Andiamo program.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program, both parties agree that jurisdiction and venue shall exclusively lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
